What is Business Coaching?

As professional athletes have known for years, having someone work directly with you to point out things you can’t see and keep encouraging and challenging you to achieve your greatest potential is invaluable. Business coaching is a way to create the highest performance through reflection, planned action, measured risk taking, and ongoing personal support.
What can clients expect?
Coaching is typically weekly or bi-weekly for an hour with an hour of work between meetings. Coaching is focused on bringing the best out of the client… we do not supply answers, we help you work through problems. Clients typically work with clients for 18-36 months and will cover a variety of topics including leadership, planning, personal/team effectiveness, money, and time.
Is my business too small for coaching?
There is no size requirement for coaching! We work with companies of all sizes on the challenges that they face.
Isn’t coaching for people that aren’t very talented or successful?
Actually, it is just the opposite. Our clients are true leaders in their companies and their fields. They are typically looking for accountability to achieve a result they can’t get on their own. What professional or Olympic athlete do you know of that doesn’t have a coach?
What are the key focus areas you usually help people with?
There are really four key areas that I support. The first is time and helping them and their teams be more effective with their time. The second is team, and helping them develop and manage high performing and diverse team members. The third is money and helping them improve their bottom line. The last is stress, and working collectively to help reduce the level of stress within themselves and their teams.

Yes. Our conversations will uncover the most important tasks. Steps will be created for both of us to hold you accountable.
How can I get out from under all of the responsibilities?
We will develop a plan to create efficiencies around processes. We will also spend time discussing how to properly delegate tasks to team members.
